Join us for a book signing with Tom Kaschalk, a lifelong Clevelander with deep roots in Cleveland’s Southeast Side, including the Union-Miles neighborhood and Slavic Village. After graduating from Cleveland State University with a degree in political science, Tom spent several years in local law enforcement before transitioning to a corporate career that took him across the country. Despite his travels, Tom’s love for Cleveland remained strong, leading him to rekindle his passion for the city’s history. As the owner of My Cleveland History, he specializes in genealogy and helps others discover and connect with their Cleveland roots.
